1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Aveliox ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including agents, team members, and brokerage administrators.
2. Use of the Platform
Aveliox is licensed for use by licensed real estate professionals for lawful business purposes. You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineer any component, or use the Platform in violation of applicable laws, including those governing real estate, telemarketing, and consumer data.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. Aveliox is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.
4. Subscription and Billing
Aveliox offers paid subscription plans. Billing terms, pricing, and payment schedules are described at checkout and in your account settings. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You own your client data. Aveliox will not sell, share, or use your client data for any purpose other than providing the Platform.
6. Integrations and Third-Party Services
Aveliox integrates with third-party services (including Twilio, Google, Resend, and others). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. Aveliox is not liable for the actions or outages of third-party providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
Aveliox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aveliox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of clients, revenue, or data.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Aveliox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of Aveliox after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance.
